Galiz Cycling Foundation Galiz Cycling Team is a local non-for-profit cycling organization to help promote health and fitness. Whatever you do, do not miss our group get together.

Galiz Cycling Team was initially created in April 2008, when a group of family and friends decided to participate and contribute in recreational and charity rides, starting with the Multiple Sclerosis Ride (MS150) taking place from Miami to Key Largo, as well as other Charity bicycle rides. Galiz Cycling Team riders are all professional individuals with full time jobs varying from sales to entrepr

eneur to realtors, etc. Training is very important to us, but what we mostly keep in perspective is our friendship which is what honestly holds us together and helps us succeed in all our experiences. We keep in close contact and genuinely care about one another. Our biggest prerequisite for being a part of The Galiz Cycling Team is Teamwork. We are dedicated to the promotion of bicycling as a sport and a recreational activity

Join us for a special ride alongside Coach Peter Aldridge, 3-time Olympian, as we ride to support his Jamaican school children's cycling program.
📅 Sunday, August 2, 2026 (Jamaican Emancipation Day)
📍 Markham Park – 16001 W. State Rd. 84, Sunrise, FL
🕡 Meet: 6:45 AM
🚴 Roll Out: 7:00 AM
📏 40-mile ride
💚 A $15 donation is recommended, with all proceeds helping develop youth cycling programs in Jamaican schools.
Every mile we ride helps inspire the next generation of cyclists. Come out, ride with purpose, and make a difference. See you at the start line!
