🚨 TONIGHT AT 6:00 PM CT 🚨

For more than SIX YEARS, I have been fighting a legal battle against Houston County, Texas.

What began as a criminal prosecution evolved into a federal civil rights case that has raised serious questions about due process, evidence handling, judicial procedure, prosecutorial conduct, and government accountability.

Whether you agree with me or not, one thing is certain:

The average citizen is never taught how the court system actually works.

Most people don't understand:
❌ Jurisdiction
❌ Standing
❌ Judicial Review
❌ Evidence Preservation
❌ Objections
❌ Record Building
❌ Civil Rights Litigation

Until it's too late.

Tonight, I'm pulling back the curtain and sharing the lessons learned from six years of litigation, court filings, hearings, appeals, and legal research.

If you've ever wondered:

βš–οΈ How does the court system really work?

βš–οΈ What mistakes destroy cases before they begin?

βš–οΈ How do you preserve issues for appeal?

βš–οΈ What should every Pro Se litigant know before stepping into a courtroom?

Then this lecture is for you.

🚨 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE COURT RECORD DISAPPEARS? 🚨

One of the most important questions I received after my last video was this:

"Why do you use certified mail, postal acceptance records, and those round-date stamps from the Post Office?"

The answer may surprise you.

When you're involved in litigation, you cannot always rely on others to preserve your evidence. Records get lost. Files get misplaced. Systems change. Documents sometimes become difficult to locate.

That's why I create my own record.

In this video, I explain how maintaining proof of mailing, proof of delivery, and independent documentation can help establish a timeline and preserve critical evidence when it matters most.

These are the same practical methods I've used throughout years of litigation and public-interest advocacy.

If you're a pro se litigant, civil rights advocate, court watcher, investigator, journalist, or simply someone trying to understand how legal processes work, this information could be extremely valuable.

Knowledge is power. Documentation is protection.

Watch the video and let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Share this with someone who is representing themselves in court.
