Concho CAN

Concho CAN Concho CAN is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation located in Concho, Arizona. The nonprofit organization Concho CAN! goals for the community.

was founded in 2004 to help strengthen and bring the community of Concho together. It takes on projects in the community with funding from various sources to aid in the achievement of the Concho CAN! In September 2022, the Mellon Community Center officially opened at 99 Frontage Road (CR 5050). The aim is to provide a place for a wide range of events: public, educational, recreational and private.

No membership is needed to use or rent the facility. It’s an ideal place for regular meetings, parties and family functions. For further information or questions about reserving a time for your event call Nancy Quinn at 714-925-0922.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to offer a CPR/First Aid certification course at The Mellon Center on September 29, 2026. The CPR Certification is $25, if you include the First Aid it is $50. The course is free if you do not need the certification. We will be posting this frequently throughout the next couple of months.

The 3rd Annual Book Fair is coming the The Mellon Center October 10, 2026. We would love for you to tell us what your favorite book was as a child or young adult and why. We are planning to use your remembrances, names, and picture if possible, in an exhibit highlighting the book(s) you have recommended at the fair. You can respond to this post or message us.

The Mellon Center was honored to be chosen by Navopache Electric Company to receive a $500.00 donation which will go towards our efforts to serve the community. NEC is able to award grants to charitable organizations by it's round up program and uncollected capital credits. We cannot thank them enough.
