📣 VENDORS — WE STILL HAVE SPOTS AVAILABLE!

The Concho Community Coalition Food Truck Rally & Craft Fair is coming up, and we’re still looking for more craft vendors to join us!

🚚 We also still have a couple of FOOD TRUCK spots available! If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time to grab one!

And remember — you don’t have to be a craft vendor! Local businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and other informational or promotional booths are welcome too! 🙌

⏰ 10 AM – 3 PM
📍 Concho Elementary School

🛍️ Craft Vendor Spaces: $25
🚚 Food Truck Spaces: $35
❤️ Nonprofit Informational Booths: FREE

Come set up, show off what you do, meet the community, and spend the day with us! Food trucks, shopping, local businesses, nonprofits, and community — all in one place!

We are not accepting any payment method except Cash that day to protect all of you from people like this.

🍂🦃 Join Us in Making Thanksgiving Special for Our Community! 🦃🍂

Location: TBD (Just need to confirm with school)

The Concho Community Coalition is preparing to host our Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and we need your help to make it a success!

We’re looking for:
🦃 Sponsors
🍗 Turkey cooks
🥔 Homemade side dishes
🥧 Desserts
🙋 Volunteers
📦 To-go containers
🍴 Serving utensils
🥤 Drinks
❤️ And anyone else who would like to lend a helping hand!

Whether you can donate an item, sponsor part of the meal, cook a turkey, volunteer your time, or simply spread the word, every contribution helps ensure no one in our community has to spend Thanksgiving alone.

The Concho Community Coalition is excited to invite local businesses, artisans, crafters, makers, and food vendors to join us for our 3rd Annual Food Truck Rally & Craft Show on the first Saturday in September, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM!

This family-friendly community event is a wonderful opportunity to:
🌟 Showcase your products or services
🛍️ Connect with local shoppers
🤝 Support our community
❤️ Be part of a fun-filled day featuring great food, unique crafts, and local vendors!

Vendor Information:
🕗 Setup begins at 8:00 AM
⏰ All vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event (10:00 AM–3:00 PM).
