Imagine starting a 3D printing business… without owning a 3D printer. 👀

At The Makers Hub, you don’t need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars buying equipment just to explore an idea. Come in, learn how to use the machines, make your products, test out your ideas, and see where they can take you.

Not ready for a membership? Grab a Makerspace Day Pass for just $10 and use the Makerspace for the whole day. If you want to keep creating, our Annual Membership is $85 for the entire year and includes FREE Makerspace access, plus access to our Tool Library and other member benefits.

And this isn’t just about 3D printing. The same idea applies to the other machines and equipment in our Makerspace. Whether you want to make products, learn a new skill, explore a side hustle, or start building a small business, you don’t necessarily need to own the equipment to get started. You just need access to it.

Come check us out!

I bet you didn’t know 👀 Adrianne (aka the best boss in the world 🙌🏽) is back to show you another tool you can borrow from The Makers Hub!

Yup, we have a pressure washer attachment you can check out with your membership. 😎

Need to clean up the driveway before a party? Wash down your patio? Help a neighbor out? Or maybe even start making a little extra money cleaning driveways around the neighborhood? 👀 You don’t have to go out and buy all the equipment yourself, come borrow it from us! 👏🏽

That’s the whole point of the Tool Library. Your membership gives you access to tools and equipment you might only need once in a while, so you can get the job done without spending hundreds of dollars buying everything.

Come by, look around, and see what you can borrow. You might be surprised by what we have. 😌

September at The Makers Hub is officially up! 👀

All of our September classes are now open for registration, and we’ve got a few new ones on the calendar this month.

We’re getting into gardening & irrigation 🌱, learning how to use the DTF printer, making bucket hats in Sewing 201, laser cutting designs onto jeans, silkscreening for teens, and more.

We’re also starting Family Workshops on Fridays! Bring the kids, bring the family, and make something together. It’s one project per family, so you only need to purchase one ticket for the whole family. 🙌

And if you just need a place to come work on your own projects, Open Makerspace is happening Tuesdays & Thursdays.

September is looking like a fun one. Come make some stuff with us 🛠️

Home improvement skills are for everybody. 🛠️🏠

Tiling is one of the many hands-on home improvement skills we teach at The Makers Hub, alongside plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

Why teach tiling? Because knowing how to work on your own home is a skill that can save you money, build confidence, and even open the door to new career or side-hustle opportunities.

Our workshops give people a space to actually get their hands on the tools, learn the process, ask questions, and practice before taking on a project of their own. No experience needed. 🙌🏽

A small skill can go a long way! You can fix your own home, help a friend or family member, or just discover something you want to keep learning!

Meet Danny 👋🏽🪵

Danny is one of the many talented makers we’re proud to have at The Makers Hub. He’s a woodworker who creates everything from wooden plant pots and plant shelves to wall-mounted key holders and other pieces he designs and builds himself.

Danny comes to our Open Woodshop to work on projects for his woodworking business, using the space and tools to turn his ideas into things he can actually sell. 🌱🔨

And honestly, this is what The Makers Hub is all about. Giving people in our community a place to learn, create, build their skills, work on their business, or just make something cool.

We’re proud to be a small part of Danny’s journey and even prouder to serve makers like him every day. ❤️ Check him out! Danny G

Keep creating, Danny!! 🙌🏽

A little look back at our last Repair Clinic 🛠️❤️

These days wouldn’t happen without the volunteers who keep showing up for our community. Whether you’re fixing bikes, sewing clothes, repairing electronics, working on furniture, or just jumping in wherever you’re needed, THANK YOU! You’re the reason we’re able to keep doing this.

And a huge thank you to the MetLife Foundation for supporting our Repair Clinics and helping us bring free repair resources to the community.

People bring in broken things, learn a little along the way, and hopefully leave with something they don’t have to replace or throw away. ♻️
