We’re proud of the community we’re building!

After sending their children off to school, parents in shelter at LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence were treated to a special back-to-school lunch of delicious chicken tacos, thanks to the collaboration between Fit Fresh Fast and The Good Kitchen. 🌮 A big thank you as well to Boss Gal Beauty Bar for donating self-care kits to help parents relax, recharge and care for themselves. 💜

Community is built when local businesses come together to care for the people who call it home. 💚

Today, The Good Kitchen was proud to partner with Fit Fresh Fast and Boss Gal Beauty Bar to make the first day back to school a little brighter for the residents at CHOICES, a local domestic violence shelter.

Together, we had the opportunity to provide a little extra love, nourishment, and self-care during a day that represents fresh starts and new beginnings.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a community where businesses can come together, use what they do best, and make a meaningful difference for our neighbors.

Because building community isn’t just about where we live—it’s about showing up for one another. 🫶

Chef Partner Reveal: Three Bites Bakery
A very special Chef Partner Reveal celebrating Three Bites Bakery and their heart for serving our community.

Guided by their motto, “Baked with care, made to share,” Chef & Owner Isa Bonello partnered with The Good Kitchen on July 13 to prepare 100 chef-made meals for guests at Faith Mission.

At The Good Kitchen, we believe food is more than nourishment—it’s a way to show dignity, compassion, and care. Isa embodied that mission by using her talents to serve our neighbors with generosity and love.

December of 2025, I had this crazy idea to tackle food insecurity in a unique way. This man didn’t bat an eye. He has supported this from day one, showing up to Chef Takeovers, picking up food and driving it around town every week, designing the website and app, volunteering at the Farmer’s Market, and every other little thing along the way. The Good Kitchen runs smoothly because of this man, Dustin Schaaf . Love you hunnys!
