Kristen McClanahan-Parkes, school leader for Summit Academy Schools Middletown, is partnering with Scott Ervin to host a Behavioral Leadership Conference this July in Columbus.

"This 3-day training has completely transformed my schools over the last 7 years and is something I wish I was able to utilize when I was in the classroom" shared McClanahan-Parkes. "My goal is to make sure this information is in the hand of every school leader and educator, so we can minimize the number of teachers leaving our field, create classrooms that are restorative and safe for both students AND educators, and ensure we can focus on learning instead of only managing behaviors. I truly believe the implementation of this training directly relates to reduction in teacher burn out, reduction in teacher turnover in my schools, and has built a stronger connection between our students, their families, and the school."

Conference registration includes:
• Three days of training
• A copy of Scott Ervin’s best-selling book, The Classroom Behavior Manual
• Exclusive conference swag

The conference will take place at the Quest Conference Center. Seats are limited and filling quickly, reserve your spot today!
