The WELD Pathway to Management Program (WPMP) offers a virtual cohort option for professionals ready to step into management—providing high-impact leadership development without the need for travel or time away from work.

Designed for WELD members and corporate members, this six-part program addresses the “broken rung” in leadership advancement and builds confidence and capability across six core areas:

• Emotional Intelligence
• Inclusion & Belonging
• Communication
• Teaming
• Executive-Level Functioning
• Social Responsibility

As we close out an incredible year of impact, connection, and leadership, we invite our members to join us for WELD’s final meeting of 2025 — our Annual Meeting & Celebration of Successes.

This gathering is a moment to honor everything we accomplished together and to carry our momentum into the year ahead. During the meeting, we will conduct official WELD business — including voting on the 2026 board slate, reviewing by-laws revisions, and sharing our annual report.
