Today, God placed it on my heart to simply pray for our families and encourage anyone who may be carrying more than they let the world see.
The reality is that many families are facing difficult times. As the cost of living continues to rise and resources become more limited, many are experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, emotional exhaustion, and uncertainty about what tomorrow may bring. We also know that when communities experience these pressures, mental health struggles, addiction, and crime often increase.
If that’s you today, I want to remind you: please hold on.
This season does not define your future. Bad times do not last forever, even when they feel overwhelming.
God reminds us that faith without works is dead. Faith gives us hope, but action moves us forward. Believe in yourself. Believe in the process. Believe that your story is still being written. Then keep applying, keep asking for help, keep showing up, keep praying, and keep taking one step at a time. Every small step matters.
Today, I pray for every mother wondering how she’ll make ends meet, every father carrying silent burdens, every grandparent raising children, every young person struggling with anxiety or depression, every family facing eviction or housing uncertainty, every person battling addiction, and everyone who feels like they’ve run out of options.
Lord, strengthen them where they are weak. Bring peace where there is fear, provision where there is lack, healing where there is pain, and hope where there is despair. Open doors that no one can shut, surround them with people who will uplift them, and remind them that they are never alone.
To our community: check on one another. Offer grace. Share resources. Be kind. Sometimes the smallest act of compassion can change someone’s entire day or even save a life.
No matter what you’re facing today, don’t give up. Keep your faith, keep your courage, and keep moving forward.
We’re praying with you. We’re believing with you. And together, we’ll continue building stronger families, stronger minds, and stronger communities.
🙏🏽 With love,
