Thank you, Relay Goods!

Your support is helping more boys lace up, step into running, and be part of something bigger. By helping provide quality running shoes, you are making it possible for more Let Me Run boys to run with confidence, build healthy habits, and keep preparing for the long run.

We are incredibly grateful for partners who believe in our mission and in the potential of every boy.

Happy Spring from Let Me Run Columbus! πŸ’š

This season is all about growth, and we are seeing it in so many ways with our boys. With every practice, they are building confidence, character, and leadership while learning how to encourage each other, stay strong through challenges, and keep moving forward.

We are so proud of the energy, heart, and joy our teams bring each week, and we are grateful for every coach, boy, and family who is part of this community.

Wishing everyone a joyful spring day from all of us at Let Me Run Columbus!

School Spotlight: Alum Creek Elementary! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’š

These boys put in the work as they focused on running strong, steady, and smart.

This practice was all about learning how to settle into a pace that feels comfortable, controlled, and sustainable. The boys were challenged to stay relaxed, listen to their breathing, and keep moving in a way that helps build physical and mental endurance over time.

Week by week, these boys are learning that growth does not always come from going all out. Sometimes it comes from staying patient, trusting the process, and finding confidence in every step.

We love seeing these boys build strength, make smart choices, and keep showing up for themselves and each other.

Way to go, Alum Creek! πŸ‘

Meet the Winterset Wildcats, a brand new LMR team in their very first season!

They braved the cold for their one-mile time trial and brought big energy with smiles, encouragement, and high-fives all around. Before the run, each boy picked a personal mantra to help keep him focused and motivated, and then put those words into action out on the course.

What a fun and powerful start for this new team. Way to go, Wildcats! πŸ‘Ÿ

Sleet outside. Strong kids inside. πŸ’š

Granby Elementary is in its very first Let Me Run season, and this team is already showing what it means to keep moving, stay positive, and make the most of every practice. When the weather sent them inside, these boys brought their energy to the hallways and kept moving with heart.

We’re so excited to have Granby as part of the LMR family this season. Way to adapt, encourage each other, and bring the energy.

πŸ₯Άβ„️ Cold weather won’t stop us… but it DOES change how we show up.

Central Ohio is about to get really cold (again), with feels-like temps well below 20Β°F at practice. That means it’s time to gear up and run smart.

🧀 Hats and gloves are a must
πŸ§₯ Layers are your best friend
πŸ‘Ÿ Dress like the runner in the graphic and you’ll be ready to go

At Let Me Run, we help boys build confidence, resilience, and smart habits. Part of that is learning how to take on challenges like cold weather the right way.

πŸ’ͺ Strong runners aren’t just tough. They’re smart.

School Spotlight: Hoffman Trails Elementary πŸ’š

The Hoffman Trails Let Me Run team kicked off the Spring season yesterday with their first practice, and it was an awesome start.

With many familiar faces returning from the fall and several new boys joining the team, Practice #1 was all about Getting to Know You. Through introductions, buddy runs, and plenty of smiles along the way, the boys began building the connections that make Let Me Run so special.

This first practice is about more than running. It’s about creating a welcoming team where boys feel supported, encouraged, and ready to grow together throughout the season.

We can’t wait to see this group continue to build friendships, confidence, and strong character β€” one step at a time.

Let’s go, Hoffman Trails! πŸ‘ŸπŸ”₯
