💚 Congratulations to Leslie Garcia!

We're excited to celebrate Leslie's participation in the ELLA mentoring program. Through ELLA, Leslie is continuing to grow as a leader while building meaningful connections with other women professionals in our community.

Over the past two years, Leslie has made an incredible impact at BBBSCO, beginning as a Match Support Specialist and recently stepping into her new role as Bi-Lingual Team Lead for Hispanic Mentoring.

We're proud to support team members who invest in their personal and professional growth, and we can't wait to see all that Leslie accomplishes through this experience.

Fun fact: President Barack Obama delivered the commencement speech at Sherra's graduation from Hampton University, and her photo ended up in The Washington Post! She also happens to be a karaoke enthusiast. 🎤✨

💚 Meet Mallorie Clark, one of our amazing Match Support Specialists! Mallorie brings compassion, positivity, and a passion for connecting with others to the work she does every day. We’re grateful to have her on the BBBSCO team.

Fun fact: Mallorie attended the Grammy Awards in 2013 and can sing! She’s also preparing to perform in her first major concert as an Indie Gospel artist. 🎤✨

The best part? Mentorship goes both ways. While Bigs make an impact in a child’s life, many say they gain just as much in return.
