National Church Residences is a not-for-profit 501(C)(3) corporation and a leader in senior HUD housing. We are the nation’s largest not-for-profit developer and manager of affordable senior housing and services. With 340+ communities in 28 states, including five Ohio-based senior health care communities, National Church Residences also owns and operates two southern Ohio continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs): Bristol Village and Traditions of Chillicothe, in Waverly and Chillicothe, Ohio, respectively. National Church Residences also operates InCare, the organization’s senior home health care agency, as well as Heritage Day Health Centers, which has five locations across central Ohio. We work in conjunction with the City of Upper Arlington via the STAY UA program, which provides Upper Arlington residents needed social services and health care in order to allow seniors to age-in-place in their own homes.

More than 130 residents from National Church Residences communities across Atlanta stepped onto the dance floor and into the spotlight at the 2026 Senior Ball, hosted by the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services.

This year’s theme, “A Royal Renaissance: Legacy, Honor, Elegance,” celebrated the older adults whose contributions have helped shape Atlanta and its neighborhoods for generations. Residents from Lakewood Christian Manor, Martin House, Baptist Gardens and Baptist Towers enjoyed an evening of dining, dancing, entertainment and fellowship alongside older adults from across the city.

As a Royal Court Sponsor, National Church Residences was honored to support this special celebration and help residents experience meaningful opportunities for connection, recognition and belonging.

Home is about more than a place to live. It’s about creating opportunities to connect, participate, and continue doing the things that bring meaning to life.

At our Walnut Trace community, (Gahanna, Ohio) a resident’s daughter brought that idea to life by organizing an art show for her mother, who could no longer easily attend art fairs. With the support of the Walnut Trace team, the event brought local artists, residents, families, and neighbors together for an afternoon of creativity and connection.

It’s a meaningful example of what happens when we listen to residents and families and work together to create communities where every life is valued.

Over the next year, National Church Residences will renovate 20+ homes at Bristol Village, investing in the community and creating refreshed spaces for older adults to make their next chapter their own.

Memorial Towers, a community with 153 total units in Phoenix, AZ, officially celebrated its grand reopening following a recent renovation, bringing refreshed spaces and new amenities to the seniors who call the community home.

The celebration featured a special traditional Chinese fan dance performance by Memorial Towers’ residents.
