Our kitchen has created a delicious Indian inspired vegetarian menu for this upcoming Tuesday! Entree: Chickpea & Vegetable Curry made with chickpeas, cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes, butternut squash, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, coconut milk and assorted spices. Two sides will accompany our main dish: Rice Pilau made with onions, butter, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon, and Palak Paneer made with spinach, yogurt, paneer cheese and assorted spices.
