A huge thank you to Eytan Erez of Troop 497 for choosing Tomorrow’s Rainbow for his Eagle Scout Project. This was no small undertaking, and the time, planning, hard work, and leadership that went into it truly show.

Trauma and stress can show up in the body, too. Our bodies can hold onto tension and physical responses even after a stressful experience has passed—which is why caring for the body is an important part of caring for the whole self. 💛

Today, one of our equine partners, Teddy, is enjoying some hot & cold laser therapy as a little self-care and recovery session.

Sometimes healing starts with simply slowing down, tuning in, and taking care of what your body needs. 🌈

Meet the first lineup of our VIPs — Very Important Prisoners! 👀🐴

They’re not in the Pony Pokey just yet… but on October 18th, these VIPs will be locked up in miniature horse stalls and counting on friends, family, and the community to “bale” them out! 🌾💰

Each dollar raised helps support Tomorrow’s Rainbow and our mission to provide hope and healing to children and families experiencing grief and trauma. 🌈💛

DID YOU KNOW? 🐴☀️

Our horses don’t go straight from breakfast to work!

Before afternoon sessions, they get pasture time to graze, move freely, socialize with their herd, and decompress.

It’s a little reminder that taking time to slow down isn’t wasted time. Sometimes, giving yourself space to reset is exactly what you need before stepping back into the work. 🌿💚
