The Rotary Club of Coatesville is a place where individuals join together to build a stronger community and positively impact their world. Here, on our page, we share what's happening in and around the Coatesville Area, how you can get involved, and how we're supporting our community. Rotarians work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation,

provide education and job training, promote peace and understanding, and eradicate polio under our motto Service Above Self. The Rotary Club of Coatesville meets for lunch every Thursday at 12:00 pm at the Coatesville Moose, Airport Rd.

We were excited to host the Roger Taylor 4-Way Test Speech Contest at CASH. Thank you to advisor Mr. Eckert, judges, Camie Arvay, Cassandra Burgess, and Alissa Griffith. A very special thank you and congratulations to Davis Mae (1st place), Madelyn Roccia (2nd place) and Ellevia Walters. Best of luck in the District Semi-Finals.

We had a busy meeting this week . We were visited by Rikki Bardzik Director, Branch Campus Operations, Delaware County Community College. She explained all the wonderful offerings their Downingtown campus has to offer.
Next Ellevia MacDonald, interact member, gave us a synopsis on her experience at the district RYLA conference.
After that Pippin MacDonald presented his award winning entry for sustainability at the Habitat for Humanity’s “Build a House…Build a Dream”
It was a great meeting all around.

We were honored to be joined by PA State Representative Dan Williams at this week’s meeting. It was a pleasure to receive an update on current state legislation and the important initiatives happening across District 74. We are truly fortunate to have such an engaged and dedicated advocate working for our community in Harrisburg. Thank you, Representative Williams for your time and service!

We were treated by a visit from former Stare Senator Andy Dinniman. He was as always gracious, enthusiastic and a class act.

The Interact students from Coatesville High School had their monthly visit at Harrison House Wednesday, Feb 11th. The students socialized, had coffee and hot chocolate, and made personalized Valentines to give to their families. As always, both residents and students had a great time!
