Prevention, Intervention, & Addiction Recovery Solutions We have over 400 volunteers in the five county area.

Pennsylvania Recovery Organization - Achieving Community Together (PRO-ACT) is a grassroots advocacy and recovery support initiative of The Council covering Southeastern Pennsylvania. PRO-ACT works to reduce the stigma of addiction, ensure the availability of adequate treatment and recovery support services, and to influence public opinion and policy regarding the value of recovery. PRO-ACT is dev

eloping, educating and mobilizing a constituency of Ambassadors for Recovery – those in recovery, their family members and friends, professionals working in the field, and others with a special interest in and knowledge of recovery. Our one-to-one recovery support services and trainings occur primarily in our Recovery Community Centers. Our special programs and events are driven by Volunteer Committees.

We are proud to recognize CRS Torri High for serving as a panelist at yesterday's Perinatal Holistic Wellness Event in Coatesville!

Torri had the opportunity to join an incredible group of providers and community partners dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout Chester County. Events like these highlight the importance of collaboration, connection, and ensuring that community members have access to the resources and support they need.

Last night at Chester County Treatment Court’s 29 Years Graduation Ceremony, our very own CRS Jerry Griffith was asked to speak.

Jerry’s story is a beautiful reminder that recovery is possible, no matter where your journey begins. We are beyond proud to have him as part of the PRO-ACT Chester County team and grateful for the hope and inspiration he continues to share with others every day.

We’re also proud to be here alongside Michael Hoffman from the PSEI Program! We had an amazing time at our Mario Movie Night thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun and memorable event! It’s always great seeing our community come together, connect, and enjoy a night of laughter.

Table season is officially here, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Lindsey and Torri are kicking things off at the CYF Provider Fair, connecting with partners, building valuable relationships, and spreading the word about PRO-ACT Chester County services.
We’re looking forward to a season full of networking, collaboration, and continuing to support our community every step of the way 💜

We had the honor of attending Senator Carolyn Comitta’s Nonprofit Symposium, and it was truly incredible to be surrounded by so many dedicated individuals and organizations working hard to keep Chester County the strong, supportive community that it is. 💜

A huge thank you to Senator Comitta and her team for bringing everyone together and creating space for connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.
Substance Use Disorder continues to impact so many in Chester County, and it takes all of us working together to make a difference. Our RSS Coordinator, Lindsey Henrick, alongside Jackie Donahue from the Holcomb COPE Program, are proud to work hand in hand every day with their teams to support individuals and families on their recovery journey.

Together, we continue to show that recovery is possible and that Chester County stands strong. 💜
