At today’s first Teen Wellness Summit, three outstanding teen leaders presented on mental health and wellness topics they selected and developed themselves. Presentations focused on academic burnout, anxiety and depression, and finding balance as a student-athlete.

We are incredibly proud of these young leaders for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and passion for supporting the well-being of their peers. Their voices are helping create a healthier, more supportive future for our community✨

Kratom is officially banned in the city of Sterling Heights. The decision comes after the police department and drug coalition determined that the drug was dangerous and hard to regulate, with it being on many counters in drugstores and gas stations across the city.
