When you walk through the doors of By The Water Thrift, you might be looking for a good book, a cozy sweater or a little treasure you didn't know you needed. But every time you shop here, something bigger is happening behind the scenes. Your purchase helps support programs for people with disabilities right here in our community.
That's what makes this little shop by the water so special to us. It isn't just about bargains or secondhand shopping. It's about neighbors helping neighbors, about giving everyday items a second life and about making sure the people in our community have the support and opportunities they deserve. Every dollar spent here carries a ripple of kindness far beyond our shelves, and we never take that for granted.
To everyone who shops, donates, shares a kind word or simply stops in to say hello, thank you. You are the heart of what we do. As the holidays draw near, we hope you'll remember that the smallest choices can make the biggest difference. When you're looking for a thrift store in Marine City or a charity thrift store where every find gives back, think of By The Water Thrift.
