🚨🏈 CYSO FLAG FOOTBALL & FOOTBALL CAMP REGISTRATION EXTENDED — FINAL WEEK! 🏈🚨

You asked… and we listened! Due to the overwhelming number of parents reaching out asking for extra time to register, CYSO has officially extended Flag Football and Football Camp registration ONE FINAL WEEK — through Friday, June 5th!

⚠️ THIS IS IT! THERE WILL BE NO MORE EXTENSIONS! ⚠️

We still have a TON to do before the season kicks off — team planning, coaches prep, drafts, scheduling, equipment, certifications, camp setup, and much more — so we need everyone locked in ASAP to make this season the best one yet!

🔥 Current Registration Numbers Are Looking STRONG! 🔥
🏈 Freshmen Division (K–2nd): 23 Players (including an AWESOME 5 GIRLS!!! 💪🔥)
🏈 Juniors Division (3rd–4th): 13 Players
🏈 Seniors Division (5th–6th): 29 Players

The momentum is building, and this season is shaping up to be one of our best yet! If you’ve been waiting until the last minute… your time is NOW.

We are getting VERY close to the registration deadline for both our CYSO Flag Football Season and our 3rd Annual Clifton Youth Football Camp, and we do NOT want your athlete missing out on one of the best experiences of the summer!

We are beyond excited to officially welcome Karissa to the CYSO Board where she will also be stepping in to lead our Youth Cheer Program and help take it to the next level! This is a BIG win for our youth and for the future of youth cheer in Clifton! 💚🖤

Karissa brings an incredible passion for cheer, years of experience, and a heart for developing young athletes right here in our community. With 14 years of cheerleading experience and multiple titles under her belt, she understands the dedication, confidence, teamwork, and leadership that cheer builds in young athletes.

As a proud Clifton mom/bonus mom of three, Karissa is passionate about helping the next generation grow both on and off the sidelines. Her excitement, positivity, and love for cheer are contagious, and we truly believe she is going to help elevate our program to NEW LEVELS! 📣🏆

🚨💚 BIG CYSO ANNOUNCEMENT 💚🚨

Please help us give a HUGE Clifton welcome to our newest CYSO Board Members — Mario & Cynthia Quintero! 👏⚽

Tonight, Mario and Cynthia officially joined the CYSO Board and will also be stepping into leadership roles as Co-Leaders of our Soccer Program as we continue building something special for the youth of our community!

Mario and Cynthia are true Clifton hometown people through and through. Both attended Clifton schools and continue to pour into our community by supporting local athletics and investing their time into the next generation. More importantly, they are incredible parents to four amazing children — Mariella, Gio, Elena, and little Ismael — and understand firsthand the impact youth sports have on confidence, friendships, discipline, and growth.

If you’ve spent any time around our soccer fields over the years, chances are you already know them. Since the beginning of Clifton Youth Soccer, they have faithfully coached, volunteered, and built relationships with countless families while helping players grow both on and off the field. Their passion for kids, community, and youth development shines through in everything they do.

What makes this even more exciting is that Mario and Cynthia aren’t just joining the board — they’re stepping up to help take our soccer program to the next level. ⚽🔥 With their experience, heart for the kids, and vision for growth, we know great things are ahead for Clifton soccer and CYSO as a whole.

🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY | FROM ALL OF US AT CYSO 🇺🇸

Today is more than a long weekend, a BBQ, or a day off.

Today, we pause.

We remember the men and women who gave everything for this country — those who raised their right hand, stood the line, and made the ultimate sacrifice so that we could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

As a veteran, Memorial Day carries a different kind of weight. It’s a reminder of brothers and sisters who never made it home… of families who carry loss every single day… and of a debt we can never truly repay.

Freedom is not free.

At CYSO, we believe in teaching more than sports. We believe in building character, discipline, teamwork, respect, grit, and service — values that many of our nation’s heroes lived by.

Today, while our kids play on fields filled with laughter, competition, and dreams, let us remember there are heroes who gave their tomorrows so our children could have theirs.

Take a moment today to pause. Fly the flag proudly. Say a prayer. Teach your kids why this day matters.

And most importantly…

Remember the fallen. Honor the sacrifice. Never forget.

The wait is over… tomorrow we crown champions at the CYSO End of Season Soccer Tournament, and we want the ENTIRE community to come out to the Clifton City Park soccer fields for a day packed with fun, competition, and hometown excitement! 🏆⚽️
