Rendezvous Recap from Sheila.

Bud and I enjoyed going to Rendezvous. There were about 13 people from our Chapter. We watched Darrell talk to a bunch of people about getting into packing as well as saw some demonstrations of Hi-lines, camping in your horse trailer, packing equipment-lots of things to see and do. We wandered through the B*H store and also looked at the Displays from several other Chapters. That will definitely be on my list of things to do for our Chapter! The tack sale was loaded with saddles and other things for sale, many looked brand new and the prices were very good. If you need a saddle, I recommend you come next year! There were vendors to see, food to eat and lots of friends to chat with. We had 15 sitting at our two tables for the Saturday night Prime Rib dinner and managed to come up with $130 for the Dessert Dash. We got an amazing home-made Chocolate Trifle which was very good. The auction went well with a good variety of things. We ended the weekend Sunday morning at Cowboy Church and then the Award Ceremony with a little legislative talk thrown in. Next year B*H will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary so I hope you can all plan to come!
