As part of ongoing security maintenance, Libby will now require a PIN to log into Libby through the app or web browser starting Thursday, October 15.

Verifying your Libby account is quick and easy. Just follow these three steps:
- Tap Menu.
- Under “For Your Attention,” tap Verify Card.
- Tap Verify Card again, then sign in using your library card information.
Once your account is verified, you’re all set!

For most CIDL cardholders, your PIN is the last four digits of your phone number, unless you have manually changed it. This is the same PIN you use to log in to your account through our online catalog. If you need help resetting your PIN, please contact us at 248-625-2212. You can also follow the instructions on libbyapp.com if you need more help.
