🚨 POKER RUN CAPTAINS 🚨
Today is the day!

We are excited to welcome more than 150 Captains and over 600 participants to the 2026 Lake Mitchell HOBO Poker Run! Thank you for helping make this our largest Poker Run ever while supporting the Lake Mitchell HOBO Scholarship Fund.

A special thank you to our sponsors, donors, dealers, volunteers, and community partners whose generosity helps make this event possible. Please take time throughout the day to thank them and support them whenever you can.

The forecast shows a chance of a brief pop-up shower today. Please be weather aware, stay hydrated, and use good judgment on the water. If a shower pops up, take a break at your house, a friend’s house, or a dealer stop and continue your Poker Run when conditions improve.

Our Marine Patrol and Fire Boat resources will be on the lake throughout the event.

Remember, this is a Poker Run, not a race. Enjoy the day, enjoy the themed stops, and enjoy celebrating 250 Years of America on beautiful Lake Mitchell!

Most importantly, have fun, make new friends, stay safe, show kindness, and make some great memories.

Please check your inbox AND your spam/junk folder tonight.

Your packet pickup location, dealer map, Liberty Bell information, and final event instructions are included. You will get the same printed items tomorrow in your packet along with your tally sheets and liberty bell voting slips.

📧POKER RUN CAPTAINS: Check your email! Important information regarding packet pickup locations has been sent. Captains also have the opportunity to purchase additional Liberty Bell Votes for just $1 each, with all proceeds benefiting the Lake Mitchell HOBO Scholarship Fund.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGISTRATION CLOSES WEDNESDAY AT NOON.
If you have not registered for the 2026 Lake Mitchell HOBO Poker Run this Saturday, don't wait! Due to the overwhelming response and participation, registration will close Wednesday at NOON — and may close sooner if we reach capacity.
