for the Pre-school Costume Parade Days Oct. 29 & 30th.
We ask you to help by donating pre-school SAFE candies or goody bag items. Donations may be dropped off at the Chilton County - Alabama Extension, 504 1st Ave. N., Clanton.

🎯🍀This week kicked of Monday with Archery Club!
We welcomed new members and went over safety and technique and finished out the meeting with some balloon target practice as well!!!
We are so proud of each of our members!! Lots of impressive balloon popping took place!!

A day in the life at Chilton County 4-H…
🥚🍳1st up today Mrs. Pam and Mrs. Krystal joined Mrs Kelley’s FCS classes at Thorsby for a lesson on eggs, egg grading, and learned how to cook yummy omelettes full of fresh veggies, cheese and bacon!

Then— we kicked off Session 2 of Peach Pals! 🍑
Mrs Joan led the group as we decorated spooky spoons and learned about trick or treat safety! Thank you to Mrs Doris and Mrs Karen for your help today!!

🎭We wrapped up the day with Performing Arts Club!! We welcomed new members and Mrs Chastain led the group in handsewing costumes!!! Thank you the parents who stayed to help the process go so smoothly!

🐎🍀Calling all Horse Friends! 🍀🐎
🐎If you have old equine catalogs or magazines laying round and that may be looking or a new home....PLEASE consider donating them to the Chilton County 4-H Horse Club. We have a lot of projects and competitions planned this year and the catalogs and magazines come in extremely handy for our members.

We'd love to have group go compete!!

Let's have some fun this Saturday at the Autauga County Fair 4-H Poultry Fun Show! We can't wait to see the beautiful chickens and the fun costumes! The show will only last about 30 minutes, but we are happy to have a spot on the side stage this year!

Open to all 4-H members - you may register now and show on Saturday! Also open to all of our neighboring counties!

Cash prizes and ribbons awarded by Autauga County Fair!

Chilton County 4-H has adopted a calf through the Discover Dairy Adopt a Calf program!
We are proud to introduce our calf...August who is being raised and cared for by Farmer Jessica at Double J Dairy in Gordo, AL.
Stay tuned for updates and exciting information about August as she grows!!!

Join us for our 4-H pumpkin contest!!
Submit a photo of you with your best carved, painted, or decorated pumpkin by Oct. 31 to entered into the Chilton County 4-H Pumpkin Contest. You can post a picture on this post or email to Mrs. Krystal at [email protected]! It's that simple!
Winners will be announced Nov. 3.
