**Answering some Frequently Asked Questions**

1. Are more banners going to be put up?
—Eventually it is the plan to open up applications for the 2027 banner season. If you’d like to be added to the list to be contacted when those apps open up, please send us a message with your name and contact info and we’ll add you to our waiting notification list.

2. Can I apply for a banner if I don’t have a large, good quality photo of my veteran?
—Yes!! If you have a photo we will work with you to make it work. Some of this years banners were submitted with as small as a wallet sized photo.

3. Will the cost for next season be the same?
—For new banners, most likely it will stay the same. However, this is dependent on how much the printer charges for banners to be printed.

Banners are up!!!
Thank you to the Shambaugh & Sons crew, as well as a couple veteran volunteers and the street department for getting them up! Map of locations will be posted soon!

Friday, veteran banners will start being installed along 33 through town. 🗓️🇺🇸

A huge, huge thank you to Shambaugh & Sons and their crew of volunteers for donating their time and equipment to make this happen! Also, to an anonymous donor for paying for all the poles that the banners will be hung on. 🙏🏗️🎁

It's been quiet around here. Thank you everyone for your patience. We have been hard at work getting all the final touches done.

Here is an update.

The banners will begin being hung in the next couple of weeks.

We also will be Joining the American Legion Post 157 Churubusco at their yearly Memorial Day Service, and Lunch starting at 11am.

At 1pm we will be joining them for their new mural dedication and our Banner Dedication at their post. Please see the flyer for more detailed information.

We highly encourage and happily invite all the applicants, veterans, and families of this year's 43 banners to join us in their smoke free hall.

We also invite the public if you are able to take time out of your day, we ask that you please join us for these events, so they all know how much they are appreciated.

The hosts of this year's program will be presenting the Veterans and/or the participants with a Biography booklet as well as a framed banner photo as a gift, free to them, as a enormous and gracious way to say Thank You!
