This year the NSCA is offering $2,000 grants to 10 clubs hosting State Shoots. These grants are to assist with shoot enhancements such as advertising the event, hospitality, a better awards package, etc., that will enhance the event and attract more participants.

Submission Deadline is April 3, 2026 at 5:00pm.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of one of our fine shotgun shooters from Alaska. John Markel passed away last Tuesday, Sep 30th in Boulder, Colorado, surrounded by family and friends.
John was a passionate Sporting Clays shooter, rising to the ranks of Team USA and traveling overseas to represent the USA in international competitions. John was a joy to shoot and practice with, and also represented Alaska well, as an NSCA state delegate for a number of years. RIP John; you’ll be missed by many 🙏🙏
