Practice day for the Regional CMP 3PAR Championship starts with homework. After an interesting parking experience at the Salt Palace Convention Center and finding our way to where the range was set up they had a coach meeting. We had to change our fun to at Boondocks to Dave and Busters since it was snowing when we were done with practice.
Competition starts tomorrow!

We would like to thank the Alaska Rifle Club for their donation for our 4 athletes to travel to Salt Lake City for Western CMP Regional 3PAR Championship.

Our athletes will be shooting on Relay B, Nicholas lane 18, Rachael lane 19, Ryker lane 20, and Aurora lane 21.
Friday time is 815am to 10am and Saturday time is 1030am to 1215pm

Also the Borealis Bullseyes are shooting on Relay C and lanes 2-9 their time on Friday is 1030am to 1215am and Saturday is 6am to 745am.

Last Saturday, Feb 21st, the Borealis Bullseyes hosted the Alaska CMP 3PAR State Championship. We has 10 athletes attend and several of them set personal records. Congratulations to all.

Our youngest athlete, Scarlett, just finished with a rifle camp at UAF. They did a competition at the end of the camp and Scarlett placed 1st! Congratulations on your accomplishments and we can't wait to see what you'll do next.

Here's what Scarlett said about the camp "I loved my week at the UAF Rifle Camp! The coaches were so nice and helpful, we practiced in all 3 positions and I had my first experience trying out smallbore. The camp was at the UAF range, and the coaches were part of the UAF colligate team. Getting to practice at the same range as the college shooters and being coached by them was amazing. My goal is to be on a college team when I’m older too. I loved not only exploring the Patty center where the range was located, but also seeing all the buildings on campus, and seeing the huge case of national championship trophies the UAF team has. I can’t wait to go back next year!"
