Free Wash Day is scheduled for 6th Ward residents on Sunday, October 4, 11 AM–3 PM, at Your Neighborhood Laundromat, 8300 S. King Drive.
A little transparency for residents: the laundromat owner is also among the individuals seeking approval for the proposed gas station at 75th and Lafayette. That does not mean people should skip a free community resource—but it is information the public should know as discussions around that development continue.

If you need the service, pull up and use it. Then stay engaged, ask questions, and make sure proposed development in our community is evaluated with the same energy we bring to community events.
