We were proud to welcome the U.S. Bank team and leaders from the U.S. Department of the Treasury to Roseland to see firsthand the new affordable homes we are building in our community.

A special thank you to Deputy Director Tanya McInnis office of consumer policy, financial institutions and Alexandria Smith, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Community and Economic Development for spending time in Roseland and seeing the impact of this work up close.

Roseland is ready for investment. Ready for opportunity. Ready for transformation. Now, let’s bring the resources and partnerships needed to build the future our families deserve.

We're proud to celebrate another milestone in the ongoing revitalization of Chicago's Far South Side!

Yesterday, the ribbon was cut on the new Chipotle at Pullman Gateway, a project that represents the power of partnership and purposeful investment in our communities.

As the co-developer of Pullman Gateway, the Hope Center Foundation is honored to have worked alongside our partners to help bring new retail, jobs, and economic opportunity to the Pullman community. This project is about more than opening a restaurant—it's about creating opportunities, attracting investment, and demonstrating that our neighborhoods deserve the same access to quality businesses and amenities as any other part of the city.

Pullman Gateway continues to serve as a catalyst for economic development, creating jobs for local residents and strengthening the commercial corridor for generations to come.

Congratulations to everyone whose vision, dedication, and collaboration made this day possible. We look forward to continuing our work to build stronger communities through strategic development and lasting partnerships.
