Franciscan Outreach is a leading provider of homeless services in Chicago. Through five service sites, we compassionately welcome and serve men and women who are marginalized and experiencing homelessness, no matter what their life circumstances may be. Each day, we offer healthy meals to those who are hungry, a warm bed for those who need shelter, vital case management services for those who need guidance, and access to critical resources for those who need specialized assistance.

Happy Monday! Franciscan Outreach and The Walsh Group are proud to present: From Demo to Dream — 2508’s Weekly Reveal!

This Fall, Franciscan Outreach is opening a new door to our latest shelter at 2530 W. 21st Street, a space built for dignity, stability, and community. As we prepare to welcome guests, we’re celebrating everyone who helped make this next chapter possible and inviting the community to take a tour.
