This past saturday, we made a pickup that meant a whole lot more than just a donation. 🤍
We stopped by Altar'd State at Water Tower Place to collect the proceeds from their Mission Monday program — a weekly initiative where 10% of net proceeds from every Monday go directly to local nonprofits across the country. Each season, their stores choose a nonprofit from their community based on a theme — and we were chosen as theirs. It’s the kind of retail that makes you feel something.
And we didn’t make the trip alone. 🐾
Jennifer and the one and only Cooper joined us — and if you know Jenn, you know Cooper has a way of turning any errand into a moment. Between the warm staff, the beautiful store, and a very good boy drawing smiles from everyone, it was hard not to feel grateful.
Jenn and Cooper have been showing up for us — not just for the ‘gram, but genuinely. Volunteering, advocating, being present. that kind of support is something we don’t take for granted.
Early literacy is the mission. But it takes a village — boutiques, dog influencers, and all 🐶📚
