What becomes possible when people with different lived experiences have the space, tools, and support to build together?
At Hack for Accessibility, we get to see it happen. 💛
We’re so grateful to Coates Group for joining us as an Innovator Sponsor for Hack for Accessibility 2026! Their support helps us bring students, professionals, and disability communities together to imagine and create a more accessible world.
Last year, 243 participants created 30 projects, supported by 39 mentors and 12 nonprofit partners. And 98% of survey respondents would recommend the experience.
The impact continues when participants bring what they’ve learned into their classrooms, workplaces, and next projects.
Behind those numbers are people discovering what they can build, learning from someone whose experience is different from their own, and beginning to see accessibility as part of every design decision. Past participants have described the experience as life-changing—for their careers, their personal outlook, or both.
Support from partners like Coates helps make room for those moments. It helps us provide the resources and accessibility supports that allow more people to participate, contribute, and lead.
