Big Medicaid changes are on the horizon!

Under H.R. 1, millions of Americans could face changes to their Medicaid coverage over the next several years. New requirements include more frequent eligibility renewals, work reporting requirements for some adults, and changes affecting certain immigrant populations.

Stay informed:
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Open and respond to all Medicaid mail promptly.

After a rainy morning, CDEL staff and interns tabled at the annual Senior Fest hosted by the City of Chicago and the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services at Millennium Park. Those who stopped by the CDEL table learned about the many ways CDEL can help low-income Chicago seniors.
