What an amazing dance season we have shared — and what an extraordinary way to conclude it last night. With more than 75 dancers and supporters in attendance, the room was filled with energy, joy, and genuine community. The support we felt was truly heart‑warming.

Our silent‑auction fundraiser was met with such enthusiasm and generosity that it left many of us humbled. Your contributions directly fuel the work of our incoming officers and strengthen our mission for every dancer and supporter in the CDC family.

We were especially moved by the kindness of our gift sponsors. A few tears were shed as we acknowledged their support — a reminder of how deeply this community cares.

The night became even more memorable as dancers filled the floor with every song, sharing laughter, fellowship, and the spirit that makes this organization so special. The election of officers closed the evening with excitement and inspiration for the season ahead.

On behalf of all CDC Officers, thank you for your unwavering support, your trust, and your belief in what we strive to build together. This community is truly something remarkable.

Come join us for a fun filled evening of listening and dancing, pleasure to the sounds of the Don Elwood Band in the elegance of a beautiful ballroom setting.

Not sure how to dance, take advantage of this month’s pre-dance class offering in: A Fun Mystery Dance for beginners, with David Urquidez & Michele O’Hare from 5:15 PM to 6PM.

(Doors open at 4:30 pm, lesson 5:15, dinner at 6 pm and Dance begins at 7 pm.)

We want to share an important update regarding our April dance. Our original date of April 11, 2026, has been changed due to an unexpected scheduling conflict with the hotel. The event has been moved one week later, to April 18, 2026.

To accommodate the change, the hotel has arranged a separate private dining room adjacent to the dance space. This means:

The Pre-Dance Lesson and Dance will take place together in a ballroom next door.

Dinner will be served in a private dining room just steps away.

We regret any inconvenience this adjustment may cause. At the same time, we’re committed to making our final dance of the season a memorable celebration—filled with the flair, style, and joy our community is known for.

We look forward to dancing with you and ending the season on a high note.

We’re thrilled to welcome our guest instructors Tim Merz and Tasha Sumpter, who will be leading a special pre‑dance group class to kick off the evening.

Afterward, prepare to be inspired by a spectacular exhibition featuring their talent and artistry. It’s going to be a night full of connection, music, and unforgettable dancing.
