WE NEED YOU TO VOTE! The primary election is Aug. 18, and early voting is already underway. Now more than ever, your vote is crucial to the direction of our city, state, and country - especially in regard to LGBTQ+ issues and the other concerns of our allied organizations.

According to experts at Better Wyoming, about 80% of state legislative and other key seats are effectively won in the primary. And in 2024, only 27% of eligible voters participated in the primary, meaning a very small slice of the electorate chose our public officials.

So do your research, check out the link in the comments for details about registration and voting, and make sure to cast your ballot!

Call them Superstars. Or Unsung Heroes. Or simply two of the best reasons that Pride Cheyenne is able to succeed.

Tami Ferguson and Becky Mease have been with the organization from the very beginning, and each year they continue to find new ways to strengthen the events, to bring new ideas to the table, and to ensure that volunteers are with us every step of the way. Simply put, Pride Cheyenne and Street Fest wouldn't be possible without these two incredible individuals!

Next time you see them, give a huge shout of thanks to Tami and Becky - they definitely deserve it!!!

It's the end of another Pride month...

On behalf of Stu, Troy, and the entire Pride Cheyenne team, we want to thank you. Not only for support of Street Fest, but for your strength, your advocacy, your dedication to the LGBTQ+ community in Laramie County. We don't do this alone, and we know that this work makes a difference to those who want to let their gay flag fly or to those who just want to know they aren't alone ... and everyone who lands somewhere in between.

Pride Cheyenne will continue to fight the good fight. We've got more events planned for later this summer and throughout the year - including the return of the Pub Crawl. Sincerely hope you'll join us!

We are a proud community, standing strong - and this includes all of our allies and friends. And we're not going anywhere.
