📢 Important Update!

We're upgrading our systems! WGC is transitioning to a new software platform, along with a new investment advisor and bank for our financial management services. This is a big step forward in how we serve our clients — and we want to make sure everyone is prepared.

Here's what to know:

🗓️ October 5–8 (Mon–Thu): Our Representative Payee offices will be closed to the public while our team completes the transition, including wire transfers and moving deposit information to our new bank.

🗓️ October 9 (Fri): We reopen for regular public-facing services.

💳 For clients whose funds we manage as Representative Payee: if you use a True Link debit card, we are making every effort to ensure cards are loaded at their usual times. Cards will work normally throughout the closure, October 5–8.

We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements. If you have questions, please reach out to us at 307.631.5004 or [email protected] before October 2.

Thank you for trusting WGC with your care!

Planning for the future often means protecting more than financial assets. It also means preserving access to the resources that support long term independence.

Wyoming Guardianship Corporation administers Wyoming’s only pooled special needs trust. A pooled trust can help eligible individuals maintain eligibility for means tested government benefits while protecting assets that can be used for approved supplemental needs to enhance quality of life.

Whether you’re planning for yourself, a loved one, or a client, we’re here to answer your questions and help you understand your options.
