This Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where everyone knows they matter, they are valued, and they are not alone.

Pride is more than a celebration. For many, it’s a reminder that hope, acceptance, and support can make all the difference.

Wellness Wednesday... or maybe "Whenever-We-Finally-Got-A-Second" Wednesday. 😅

We had every intention of posting earlier today, but it turns out helping people, answering calls, planning programs, supporting volunteers, and keeping things moving at NAMI Geauga County kept us pretty busy.

So tonight, we're practicing what we preach: GRACE!

Instead of focusing on being late, we're celebrating the wins. Lots of work got done. People were supported. Progress was made. And that's worth recognizing!

If your day didn't go exactly as planned but you still showed up and did your best, consider this your reminder to celebrate your wins, too.

Being human is weird for literally everyone.

Some of us overthink. Some of us pretend we’re “fine.” Some of us just need emotional support, snacks and a nap.

At NAMI Geauga County, we believe no one should have to navigate mental health challenges alone. We’re here to provide support, education, advocacy, and connection for our community. 💚
