🩷TESSA is a 4 month old lab mix baby girl! She is a snuggly, sweet, precious baby girl who is genuinely happy. She wants to be close. She wants to love and be loved. And those eyes… 🥹 There is just no denying them. There is so much sweetness and gentleness behind them.

🩷Tessa is truly a special baby girl, and we have absolutely no doubt that she is going to make some person or family incredibly happy. She loves other dogs, cats and kids! And she’s potty trained! Whoever gets to call her theirs is getting an extremely special fur baby. She is READY to meet her forever and be adopted!! 🐾

‼️UPDATE: We rescued 7 out of 9!!!
All 7 are now safe with Genesis ONE.‼️

Every single one of them is emaciated, some much worse than others. Many had multiple ticks on them. These are the hard rescue days..the days when you look at them and nothing really makes sense. You wonder how they ended up in this condition, how long they went without what they needed, and how anyone could have looked at them and walked away.

We may never understand the why.

But we do know, they are SAFE! We are beyond thankful that we were able to help when they needed someone.

And this would not have happened without Caroline Berger. She stepped up, jumped in, and made sure these babies were safe. We couldn’t have done this without Caroline and the people who have stepped in to foster these babies! Because of them, seven little BIG lives have a completely different future ahead of them.🩷💙

🚨 URGENT: 9 GREAT DANES- PUPPY FOSTERS NEEDED TOMORROW! 🚨

These 9 Great Dane puppies were dumped at an apartment complex and are now in need of our help. We desperately need foster homes beginning TOMORROW so we can get these babies somewhere safe and into our rescue.

We provide the supplies and veterinary care you provide the safe place and love. ❤️🐾

Meet Saint 🤍

This lovable retriever mix baby boy is the only male in his litter, which makes him just a little extra special! Saint is such a sweet, happy boy who loves playing with his friends, exploring outside, and then curling up for a good nap on the couch or snuggled in bed.

And when bedtime rolls around, Saint knows the routine! He is crate trained and knows to go into his crate for the night. 🥹

Saint truly has everything you could ask for in a family dog. He is wonderful with other dogs, kids, AND cats and would make such an incredible addition to any family.

He is fully up to date on his vetting, with his neuter appointment already scheduled! Now all this sweet boy needs is a family to call his own. 🐾🤍

Update- the family who rescued him found a family!

Let’s help ROWDY!

Okay, y’all… how adorable is this little guy?! 💙😍

Rowdy looks to be a Boxer/Mini Lab mix puppy who was found wandering in Trussville. Sadly, there was no microchip, and from everything we know, it appears this sweet boy may have been dumped.

Thankfully, a kind family stopped, picked him up, and made sure he was safe. Now they’ve reached out for help, and Rowdy needs his forever family ASAP! They cannot continue to foster and of course we do not want him being taken to a shelter.

Rowdy is an adorable, affectionate little guy with that perfect puppy combination of sweet, silly, smart and eager to love. He is good with others, kids and can be cat tested. Rowdy deserves for the next place he lands to be the place where he learns what it means to be truly wanted. He is crate trained and so close to be being potty trained. 🐶

Rowdy will be:

🐾 Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines & preventatives
🐾 Microchipped
🐾 And, of course, PRE-LOVED

🩷BROWNING’S BABIES ARE ALMOST 8 WEEKS OLD!💙

And somehow, they just keep getting cuter, sweeter, and more incredible by the day. 🥹 We see A LOT of lab in these babies!

They are all truly special. Each one of them are affectionate, curious, incredibly smart, and full of personality. They love attention, soak up affection, and already have that wonderful combination of confidence, sweetness, and loyalty that makes you know they are going to grow into amazing family dogs… just like their momma. And they already sleep through the night, and off to a wonderful start with potty training! They’ve also been wonderfully socialized with people and are great with other dogs, kids and cats!

We currently have 3 beautiful girls and 2 handsome boys still available for pre-adoption!

And their original foster who had Browning and babies is planning on adopting Forrest, the chocolate male runt of the litter! 🥹(not pictured)

From six little puppies being raised in the woods beside Smith Lake to safe, healthy, thriving, loved, and getting ready for forever families of their own.

These babies are every bit as special as their story. And we can promise you their pictures do not do them justice. They are absolutely irresistible in person. 🤎

Meet Rowan! This boy was pulled from a north Alabama shelter. He is the sweetest boy. He is good with all people, including kids. He absolutely adores other dogs and would do best with a companion to spend his days with. He has been around cats and is friendly with them, but he may give into a game of chase if they run. While he pulls a bit on leash, he settles easily when out and about and will lay down next to you when you stop to talk to friends or wait in line. His ideal home would be an active family with another high energy dog, and plenty of space to run and play. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
