Our Youth Empowerment Society officially kicked off its summer program yesterday!

Thank you to Jackie from the Hamilton County Health Department for leading an interactive discussion on ni****ne and to***co prevention. The youth then put their knowledge to the test through fun learning games and activities.

We're excited for all that's ahead this summer as these young leaders continue to learn, grow, and make a difference in our community!

A few of our Youth Empowerment Society members spent the weekend at SADD Nation’s Leadership Training, building leadership skills, connecting with peers, and learning ways to make a positive impact in their schools and communities.

The training focused on the dangers of alcohol- and THC-impaired driving, distracted driving, and how young people can help promote safer choices among their peers.

We’re proud of these youth leaders for investing their time in prevention, advocacy, and creating safer communities.
