Vital human rights program for our high school students. Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center

Greeley students deepen their understanding of human rights. 💡

Seven Horace Greeley High School sophomores recently attended the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center High School Institute at Iona University, joining peers from across the region for a day of discussion, reflection and learning.

During the program, students heard from Westchester County Legislator David T. Imamura, participated in student-led workshops and listened to Holocaust survivor Alfred Shoenfeld. His story helped students understand the real impact of intolerance and the importance of remembering the past.
