What a great way to wrap up our final regularly scheduled meeting of the 2025–2026 Rotary year!

We were honored to present donations to three outstanding organizations that make a meaningful difference in our community and beyond: the Boy Scouts of America, Baytown Shriners, and Guerrero Clinic. Supporting organizations that serve others aligns with Rotary's mission of Service Above Self, and we are proud to partner with these groups in making a positive impact!!

A heartfelt thank you to Doc and Danna Nino for so generously hosting our Aloha Summer Kick-Off Social. It was such a wonderful evening. Your hospitality made the night so special for all of us.

And to everyone who came out, thank you for the laughter, conversations, and memories. Being together was the perfect way to celebrate and wrap up an amazing year. So thankful for this club and the friendships we share.

A special shoutout as well to the Rotary Club of Highlands President, Patricia Scott, and President-Elect, Connie Russell, for joining us and helping make the evening even more meaningful. We truly appreciated your presence and support!

Late post! 🚨

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting guest speaker Erinn Horton from Kids' Meals, Inc., who gave an outstanding presentation about the organization's mission and the vital services they provide to children in need through meal delivery programs.

We were also honored to be presented with the CE King 6A Division II Football State Finalist plaque, recognizing an incredible achievement by their football program. Congratulations again, CE King Panthers!! Your community is proud of you!!

📢 Please note that we will not be holding our regularly scheduled meeting this week. 📢

Instead, we will be supporting the Crosby FFA Auction on Thursday, investing in the future of our local youth and agricultural programs.

We will then come together on Friday for our final social of the Rotary year, celebrating a year of service, fellowship, and impact throughout our community.

Honoring veterans by flying WWII, Korean, Vietnam, and Cold War veterans to Washington, DC to visit their memorials.
