Hereā€™s how it works:Every Sunday, Iā€™ll send a simple prompt asking you to share one ā€œwinā€ from your week ā€” big or small. Then throughout the week, the group can chat, encourage each other, ask questions, celebrate progress, and build genuine connection.

Groups are intentionally small ā€” just 8 people each.
