Field Day!!

What a fun day with our scouts promoting physical activity, foster teamwork, and building friendships through fun games!

While mother nature tried it's best to ruin the holiday weekend, our scouts fought the elements and were able to honor our fallen veterans.

Thank you to the families who took the time to show up and honor our brave hero's.

For this week’s meeting, our scouts came together in anticipation of this weekend’s solemn reminder of our fallen veterans. We spoke about the importance of showing appreciation, respect, and gratitude to the veterans who are still with us today.

To honor them, our scouts created care packages along with personalized cards that will be donated to the Veterans Home at Stony Brook Hospital.

Our scouts continue to show that no matter the obstacles they may face, there is always an opportunity to be kind, compassionate, and caring toward others. We could not be prouder of them.

The scouts had so much at the Blue Point Fire Department. Thank you always for inviting us and letting the scouts have some fun.

The scouts had a great time learning about recycling, celebrating Cinco De Mayo and of course making Mother's Day cards for our special Mom's.

🌟 Scout Spotlight: Robert “Robbie” 🌟

Today we’re celebrating a big day for Robert, aka Robbie, as he turns 8 years old!!! 🎉🎈

Robbie loves to read his favorite Daniel Tiger, enjoy a great hamburger, play his favorite sport soccer, and have a blast bouncing on trampolines with his friends. He brings such a special energy wherever he goes!

With his gentle disposition and kind heart, Robbie is truly a joy to be around. He’s always ready with a high five and loves spending time with Mom and Dad at scouts, making every moment even more meaningful.

🌟 Scout Spotlight: Tyler “Ty Ty” McGinley 🌟

We’re bursting with excitement as we celebrate Tyler “Ty Ty” McGinley turning 9 years old today! 🎉🎈

Tyler is one of our original 12 scouts, making him an incredibly special part of the Pack 48 family and a true piece of our story from the very beginning. His joyful spirit shines in everything he does. From zooming around with his race cars, to fun trips to the park with his dad, to splashing in the pool, and especially dancing to his favorite music with his mom!

Tyler is always ready with a big hug and a bright, room-lighting smile that brings happiness to everyone around him. His laughter is contagious, and his energy makes every moment more fun.
