⚠️ Important: If you pay through the Meadowslink website, you must update your new assessment amount before July 1 or you will be charged a $30 late fee.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
▪️ If your payments are set up through MSI (automatic withdrawals), your amount will be updated automatically—no action needed.

▪️ If you pay through Meadowslink, you are responsible for updating your payment amount each fiscal year. Please refer to the payment guide attached at the bottom of this email for detailed instructions.

COUPON BOOKS UPDATE
▪️ As of May 2026, coupon books have been discontinued to reduce approximately $17,000 in annual printing and postage costs. Printable coupon templates are available online or at HOA offices if needed.

PAY AHEAD OPTION
▪️ Did you know residents can pay multiple quarters—or the full year—in advance? This option has become increasingly popular and helps ensure payments are never missed! 🙌

With limited holiday office hours (10am–2pm), we strongly encourage you to stop by The Grange before the holiday to get set up.

Please bring all household members in case updated photos or proof of residency are needed.

The Grange office is open Saturday 10am-5pm and Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm.

‼️ LOST & FOUND NOTICE‼️
It’s only been a little over three weeks since the pool opened, and our lost and found is already overflowing! 😱

If you’re missing goggles, towels, toys, swimwear, or other items, there’s a good chance they’re waiting for you at The Grange. We’ve also had a bike left here since opening weekend. 🚲

All unclaimed items will be donated or discarded at the end of the month, so please stop by and check the bin as soon as possible!

To help us return items in the future, we encourage you to label your belongings with your first and last name.

MNC Residents - Please read and offer feedback at the posted link below or at tomorrow’s meeting!

The Board of Douglas County Commissioners will consider a proposed ordinance regulating low-powered scooters and off-highway vehicles during its first reading on Tuesday, June 9.

The proposal comes in response to growing safety concerns involving certain motorized vehicles on public roads, trails and other public property. If approved, the ordinance would establish local regulations related to unlawful operation, reckless and careless driving, helmet requirements for minors, parental responsibility and vehicle impoundment.
