Cub Scout Pack 919 would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Pastor Paul Elgin for his kindness, encouragement, and continued support of our Pack. ❤️

He has been a wonderful advocate for our Scouts and an important connection between our Pack and First Presbyterian Church. His willingness to speak on our behalf, support our activities, and help our Scouting families has meant so much to us.

As he begins his next chapter, we want him to know how much we appreciate everything he has done for Pack 919. We wish him nothing but the best in whatever comes next!

Thank you, Pastor Paul, for being such a wonderful friend to our Scouting family! ⚜️

CASA GRANDE — A familiar face will soon relinquish his place at the pulpit.

🦖🦴 This week’s Behind the Badge adventure is the Wolf elective Digging in the Past! 🦕

Calling all future paleontologists! 🔎 Digging in the Past takes Wolf Scouts on a prehistoric adventure as they explore dinosaurs, discover how fossils help us learn about creatures that lived millions of years ago, and get creative with their own dinosaur-themed activities.

It's a fun, hands-on adventure that combines science, imagination, and a little prehistoric discovery! Best of all, it's something families can explore together outside of regular den meetings.

🧩 This week’s Behind the Badge adventure is the Webelos elective Modular Design!

Ever notice how building blocks and other everyday objects can be taken apart, rearranged, and turned into something completely different? Modular Design introduces Webelos to that idea through hands-on building. Scouts will create their own model, figure out how to explain their design so someone else can recreate it, and then reuse the same pieces to build something new. It’s a great mix of creativity, engineering, and problem-solving.
