For more than 25 years, BGCDT has become the premier provider of after-school youth programming, moving from a safe-haven charity to an active change agent developing great futures for our youth.

Alani, to say I’m proud of you would be a complete understatement. To have met you when you were just in 1st grade & then reconnecting when I came back to work at BGC when you were in 3rd grade, I am so proud of all that you have accomplished at such a young age. You are what Boys & Girls Club is all about!

Your willingness to try new things & the growth in your confidence through my time knowing you has been so amazing to see. You’re only getting started & I’m so happy to have gotten to be a small part of your journey! You were so deserving of being Meadowdale’s Jr. Youth of the Year, and I know you’re continuing to kill it at CMS. Keep shining kiddo, your light is so bright! ✨
