The VFW Post 10131 is a nonprofit veterans service organization comprised of eligible US veterans and military service members from active duty, guard, and reserve forces.

Today is a special day for VFW Commander-in-Chief Carol Whitmore as her membership mission of 101% has been achieved. The Southern Conference proudly led the way, becoming the first, and currently the only, VFW Conference to surpass the Commander-in-Chief's goal, reaching an outstanding 101.75% membership. This remarkable accomplishment reflects the dedication, leadership, and teamwork of our Posts, Districts, and Departments throughout the Conference. Adding to this achievement, six of the VFW's top ten Departments nationally are from the Southern Conference, demonstrating the strength and commitment of our members across the region.
