Today was the end of the 2026 Winter Series events, and what a way to end it with the Bingo Gala!! A wonderfully yummy lunch by Tori’s was enjoyed by all!! Thank you to our grant writers, Georgianna Carr and Diana Rancourt, for without their hard work and dedication we would not have been able to offer the 12 events! Thank you to the NH Charitable Foundation/Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund, American Legion Northland Post #47, and the VT Humanities Council for awarding CNC grants or donating to today’s event! Thank you to volunteers Sally Masson, Linda Dennis, Bonnie Olson, and Connie Leigh for keeping us on top of things! Thank you to our dessert makers Sally Masson, Gayl Tjornehoj, Katie Sawicki, Georgiana Carr, Diana Rancourt, Bonnie Riendeau, and Karen Shutt! Thank you to all the participants of today’s event and all other eleven for your continued support!! This closes 2026, but we received a lot of great ideas for next year!!! The lovely and knowledgeable Karen Antonowicz and friend Nancy graced us with a wonderful presentation of fashion from 250 years ago! Rachel Reeve and Gina O’Keefe made a scrumptious pot roast meal, and amazing desserts were donated for the event by participants! Of course, the day could not go as smoothly without our wonderful volunteers! Many thanks to the Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund and the Alice Ward Memorial Library for affording us the ability to enjoy this day!
