🏑 Developing More Than Athletes. Building Confident Young Women.

At Warrior Youth Field Hockey, we believe youth sports should do more than teach skills—they should help girls build confidence, resilience, leadership, and a lifelong love of being active.

The quality of a girls' sports experience can shape how she sees herself both on and off the field. That's why our Grades 5/6 Junior Warriors program is expanding to include a focus on athlete wellness, mental health in sports, and personal development alongside field hockey training.

✨ Through guest speakers and interactive sessions, athletes will explore our core values:
• Teamwork
• Sportsmanship
• Perseverance
• Leadership

✨ Participants will also learn important wellness and performance topics, including:
• Stretching and recovery
• Hydration and nutrition
• Injury prevention
• Stress management
• Healthy habits for long-term success

Our goal is to create a positive girls' sports environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Through youth field hockey, athlete wellness education, and leadership development, we're helping players develop skills that extend far beyond the game.

Because athlete development isn't just about performance—it's about building confident young leaders who are prepared to succeed in sports and in life.

🏑 Our Youngest Warriors programs are filling up fast! 🏑

New this year — the WYFH Kinder Academy!
A great introduction to field hockey for our youngest players, focused on learning the basics while having fun, building confidence, and developing skills through age-appropriate games and creative drills.

We’re also excited to introduce our new schedule format and signature Warrior Events for:
💪 Little Warriors (Grades 1 & 2)
⚡ Mighty Warriors (Grades 3 & 4)
Both programs focus on:
✅ Introduction to team play
✅ Building fundamental field hockey skills
✅ Growing confidence in a supportive and fun environment
