⚽ ⚽ KIIC FootGolf Tournament Recap: Part 4 – 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖

This event may have taken place on the golf course, but it started long before the first kick.

The FootGolf Tournament was a KIIC project led by the Engagement Committee, created to bring something fun and new to our community. We are grateful to the entire KIIC Committee, our volunteers, Cameron Veterans' Memorial Golf Club, and everyone who helped make this event possible.

As the first FootGolf event held in Cameron, we weren't quite sure what to expect. What we found was 12 teams ready to have fun, enjoy some friendly competition, and create new memories together.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success. We hope you had as much fun playing as we had bringing it to life. 💚💛⚽

Beautiful weather. Friendly competition. Plenty of laughter, strategy, and a few impressive kicks along the way.

Whether teams were carefully planning their next shot or celebrating a great kick, the course was filled with fun and community spirit all evening long.

We loved every minute of it. 💚💛

A special thank you to Cameron Veterans' Memorial Golf Club for welcoming us and allowing us to host this event on your beautiful course.

⚽ Passport Challenge Update!

This morning, we visited 18 Passport Challenge locations around Cameron—even with several businesses closed for the holiday.

The Passport Challenge is about more than earning points. It's a fun way to:
• Explore Cameron
• Visit local businesses
• Shop local
• Meet the amazing people who make our community special
• Grab a coffee or sweet treat along the way ☕🍪

The Passport Challenge runs through June 28, so there's still plenty of time to participate and earn points.

A few tips before you head out:

✅ Check the activities for bonus points
✅ Earn more chances to win a KIIC Raffle Basket
✅ Most importantly—have fun!
