CYFC League

CYFC League The Cameron Youth Football and Cheer (CYFC) League is a traveling competitive tackle football league created in 2008.

Over 100 kids between the ages of 8 and 12 have already participated in this league, whether on a football team or as a cheerleader. This league does not hold try-outs, and all are welcome to sign up, and participate.

Football: First practice August 10th 5:30-8. We will try to go Monday-Thursday the first week. Old soccer fields, north side. Please remember to turn in physicals. White shirt with grade on both sides, last name on the back. Shorts, cleats, mouthpiece, and plenty of water. We will hand out helmets the first night.

2026 Tackle Football/Cheer Season Sign-Up Dates
Location: Cameron Old Soccer Fields Shelter House
1st Sign Up: Sunday, June 14th 6-7:30pm
2nd Sign Up: Sunday, June 28th 6-7:30pm
League Fees (cash or check-bring exact change):
Football $225
Cheer $150 (includes shirt and bow)
*Payment is due at sign-ups. This is not an option!
IMPORTANT: These are the only signups. No player/cheerleader will be added after the sign-up date. We will not have any late sign-ups due to uniform ordering deadlines. Bring your football player to sign-ups to get fitted.
• Cheer: You will need to purchase white cheer shoes, white no-show socks, and spankies.
• Football: You will need to purchase cleats and a mouthpiece.
• Practices start the week of August 10th- follow our page for updates.
• Bring birth certificate copy and complete paperwork at sign-ups.
• Physicals are due by the first day of practice.
